To use FITNIYA’s services:

• You must be at least 18 years old or have express parental/guardian consent if under 18.

• You must not have any medical conditions that prohibit or limit physical activity unless cleared by your physician.

2. Coaching Services

FITNIYA offers digital fitness and nutrition coaching programs, including:

• Personalized workout plans

• Custom nutrition guidance

• Weekly and daily accountability

• Access to mobile app and digital resources

• Educational content and community features

These services are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a healthcare provider before beginning any fitness or nutrition program.

3. User Responsibilities

By signing up or using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• Follow all workouts and diet guidance responsibly.

• Immediately inform us of injuries, illnesses, or health issues that arise during the program.

• Not share your coaching login or plans with others.

4. Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in INR (₹).
FITNIYA reserves the right to modify prices or services at any time.

a. Payments

• Payments must be made in full before program access begins, unless otherwise agreed (e.g., EMI or split-payment offers).

• Payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, or UPI may be used. We do not store your card details.

b. Refund Policy

• All coaching and digital product sales are non-refundable once access is granted or the program has started.

• In rare cases of emergency, partial refunds may be issued at our sole discretion.

5. Health & Medical Disclaimer

FITNIYA is not a licensed medical provider.
Our programs are for general wellness and educational purposes only.
We do not guarantee outcomes, results, or weight gain/loss metrics. Results vary depending on individual consistency, effort, medical history, and other factors.

Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained through our Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to text, videos, PDFs, app content, workout plans, diet charts, logos, graphics, course materials, and proprietary frameworks like the 3-M Method™—is the exclusive property of FITNIYA.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, republish, or distribute any content.

• Sell, share, or use our coaching materials for commercial gain without written permission.

7. Client Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate access to our Services if:

• You abuse our staff (verbal or written).

• You engage in any illegal or harmful behavior.

• You violate these Terms in any manner.

8. Community & WhatsApp Groups

All members are expected to maintain respectful and supportive communication in any client groups. Hate speech, spam, unsolicited promotions, or toxic behavior will lead to immediate removal.

9. Third-Party Links

Our site or app may contain links to third-party websites or tools.
We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FITNIYA and its founders shall not be held liable for any:

• Direct or indirect injuries,

• Damages arising out of the use (or misuse) of any program,

• Delays or interruptions in service access.

You assume full responsibility for your actions, health decisions, and outcomes.

11. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Goa and Maharashtra.
